Criteria for adopting from South Africa

There are no adoptions permitted from South Africa unless it is a kinship adoption

According to the Department of Education they can currently only process relative adoption application with South Africa. This will be reviewed in  April 2010 (yes we are in 2011 and still waiting for the review)
